Grande  appartamento di 130 mq., posto al primo piano, al quale si accede attraverso una scala esterna.

 L’arredamento curato e ricercato, con elementi di antiquariato ed alle pareti quadri di noti pittori locali, vi farà sentire a vostro agio durante il soggiorno in questo splendido e luminoso appartamento, con alti soffitti definiti da maestose travi in legno.   

 All’ingresso vi accoglierà un’ampia zona giorno, con tavolo da pranzo per dieci commensali, cucina nuovissima dotata di lavastoviglie ed un accogliente angolo salotto con divano e poltrone. Attraverso una porta finestra potrete accedere ad un piccolo terrazzo che si affaccia sul retro dell’abitazione.

 Avrete a disposizione tre camere da letto, tutte con vista sul castello di Monteriggioni, arredate con funzionali e ricercati armadi d’epoca: la prima con letto matrimoniale in ferro battuto, un romantico caminetto e due finestre; la seconda con letto matrimoniale di fine ottocento decorato con madreperle, dal quale potrete godere del caminetto e della vista; la terza camera, molto spaziosa, con un maestoso letto matrimoniale di fine ottocento, un lettino singolo di ferro battuto e due finestre; per un totale di 7 posti letto.

 I bagni sono due: uno con doccia, l’altro con vasca, entrambe forniti di phon, che rispettano l’eleganza dell’appartamento.  Nell’antibagno è allestita una funzionale zona lavanderia con lavatrice.

 Su richiesta, sarà possibile aggiungere nella prima e nella terza camera da letto un altro lettino; disponiamo inoltre di lettini  per bimbi piccoli.

 Nella piccola corte, da cui si accede alla scala esterna di ingresso all’appartamento, è a disposizione un loggiato ricreativo, di pertinenza esclusiva, attrezzato per piacevoli pasti all’aperto.

“ABBADIA”

This is a big apartment of 130 m², on the first floor, which is accessed by an external staircase.

The nice and well-kept furniture, with antique pieces and paintings of well-known local artists on the wall, will make you feel at home during your stay in this beautiful and bright apartment, with high ceilings defined by majestic wooden beams.

 At the entrance will be welcomed by a large living area, with a dining table for ten guests, a new kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and armchairs.Through French windows you have access to a small balcony overlooking the rear of the house.

You have three bedrooms at your disposal, all with a views of the castle of Monteriggioni, furnished with functional and refined vintage closets: the first has a double bed in wrought iron, a romantic fireplace and two windows; the second, a double bed from the late eighteenth century decorated with mother of pearl, from which you can enjoy the fireplace and the view; the third room, which is very spacious, has a majestic late eighteenth century double bed, a wrought iron single bed and two windows; this apartment so can sleep a total of 7 guests.

There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bath, both equipped with hairdryers, respecting the elegant style of the apartment.In the “antibagno” there is a functional laundry area with a  washing machine.

On request, it’s possible to add another bed in to either first or third bedroom; we also have cots for small children.

In the small courtyard, for which the external staircase to the apartment leads, there is a recreational area belonging exclusively to the ABBADIA guests which is equipped for pleasant outdoor dining.

 Confortevole e caratteristico appartamento di 80mq. che si apre a piano terra della piccola corte d’accesso.

 Un piccolo ingresso, illuminato da una porta-finestra in ferro, introduce nella grande sala, suddivisa da un arco in laterizio in una zona cucina ed una zona soggiorno, dove avrete a disposizione una comodo divano con poltrone ed un tavolo da pranzo ovale d’epoca. Tutti gli arredi sono funzionali e ricercati ed appartengono a periodi diversi, perfettamente mixati tra loro, che vanno dal XIX sec., al Liberty, al moderno, così come i quadri ed i soprammobili, che rendono l’ambiente molto accogliente.

 Sulla sala si aprono le due camere da letto matrimoniali: la prima con letto di modernariato in ferro, un capiente armadio ed uno splendido cassettone; la seconda, con letto matrimoniale in arte povera, è caratterizzata dalla presenza di un lavabo su una base di marmo, caratteristica delle antiche abitazioni, un piccolo bagno con doccia ad accesso esclusivo ed una porta finestra che si apre su una piccola corte sul retro della casa. I posti letto a disposizione sono 4.

 L’appartamento è dotato di un altro bagno, con doccia e lavatrice. Entrambe i bagni sono dotati di phon.

 Su richiesta, sarà possibile aggiungere nella prima camera da letto un altro lettino; disponiamo inoltre di lettini  per bimbi piccoli.

 Ad esclusiva disposizione dell’appartamento, nella corte esterna vicino alla porta d’ingresso, avrete un tavolo in marmo con sedie per piacevoli momenti o pasti all’aperto.

“LA BADIA”

Is a comfortable and characteristic apartment of 80 m² which opens on to the ground floor from the small court yard.

A small entrance, lit up by a French window in iron, passes in to the great hall, divided by a bricked arch way in a kitchen area and a living area, where you have a comfortable sofa with armchairs and a vintage oval dining table. All the furniture is functional and refined and belong to different periods, perfectly mixed together, ranging from the XIX century, to Liberty, to modern, as well as paintings and ornaments, which make the atmosphere very cozy.

The living room leads to two double bedrooms: the first with a modern double bed of iron, a large closet and a beautiful chest of drawers; the second with a double bed in the old style, is characterized by the presence of a sink in a marble base characteristic of the old buildings, a small private bathroom with a shower and a glassdoor that opens into a small courtyard behind the house. The apartment sleeps 4.

The apartment is equipped with a second bathroom with a shower and washing machine.Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

For the exclusive use of the apartment, in the courtyard near the front door, there is a marble table with chairs for relaxing or outdoor dining.

 Appartamento di 50 mq., ampio e luminoso, con ingresso diretto dal giardino, composto da due ambienti comunicanti, delimitati da un imponente arco in laterizio.

  L’arredamento, molto curato, viene caratterizzato dal tocco Liberty della credenza e dell’armadio, che si inseriscono alla perfezione nel dialogo tra elementi moderni e del primo novecento.

 Dall’ingresso si accede al primo ambiente, dove è allestita la zona giorno con un angolo cottura, moderno e funzionale fornito di lavastoviglie, ed un tavolo da pranzo rotondo per quattro persone.

 Il secondo ambiente, che può essere reso più intimo attraverso un gioco di tende d’epoca, ospita la zona notte arricchita da uno splendido camino in stile toscano ed un letto matrimoniale dei primo del ‘900.

 Il bagno ampio e curato è dotato di doccia e di phon.

 Su richiesta, sarà possibile aggiungere un altro lettino; disponiamo inoltre di lettini per bimbi piccoli.

 All’esterno, accanto alla porta d’ingresso, troverete una caratteristica panchina in ghisa e legno, per momenti di lettura e relax, dalla quale è possibile godere di una splendida vista sul giardino, sulla piscina e sulle torri di Monteriggioni.

“L'ARCO”

An apartment of 50 m², which is spacious and bright, with direct access from the garden, consisting of two adjoining rooms, bordered by an impressive brick arch.The furniture is very well-kept and  is characterized by the touch of the Liberty belief and along whit the wardrobe goes with the modern elements and the early 1900’s pieces.

The entrance leads to the first room, the living area is set up with a corner kitchen, modern and functionally equipped with a dishwasher, and a round dining table for four people.

The second area, which is made more intimate through the use of vintage curtains, houses the sleeping area enriched by a beautiful Tuscan-style fireplace and a double bed from the early 1900’s.

The bathroom is large and well kept with a shower and a hairdryer.

On request, we can add another bed and we also have cots for small children.

Outside, next to the front door, you will find distinctive wooden and iron bench, for moments spent reading or relaxing, where you can enjoy a splendid view of the garden, the pool and the towers of Monteriggioni.
